Reactor-system inspection, engineering QA/QC, and safety-case review are performed by the licensed regulator, vendor, and qualified technical inspection bodies — not by Vertex Atomic. We do not perform on-site construction inspection of nuclear safety systems, and we do not substitute for the regulator's binding technical determinations.
