Compliance Statements
Regulatory and Export-Control Compliance
Export Controls: Vertex Atomic's engagements are conducted consistent with applicable export-control regimes, including the Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG) guidelines, and all applicable sanctions regimes. We do not provide goods, technology, or technical services subject to nuclear export controls.
Scope Boundary: Vertex Atomic does not provide reactor design, enrichment, reprocessing, or other controlled technical services. We refer such needs to licensed vendors and competent national and international authorities. Our advisory is strictly programmatic and policy-level.
Anti-Corruption: Vertex Atomic adheres to applicable anti-corruption laws, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the UK Bribery Act, in all advisory engagements. We maintain internal controls and due-diligence procedures consistent with these obligations.
Nonproliferation: Vertex Atomic will only advise programs pursued in alignment with the NPT, IAEA Comprehensive Safeguards Agreements, and the Additional Protocol. We will decline engagements involving enrichment technology, reprocessing, or any fuel-cycle technical specification.
